Goods ordered before 5.30pm on Monday - Thursday will usually be available for collection the following day from 2.30pm.
Goods ordered between 5.30pm on Thursday and 5.30pm on Friday will usually be available for collection from 2.30pm on the following Monday.
Goods ordered after 5.30pm on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will usually be available for collection from 2.30pm on the following Tuesday.
Public holidays;Goods are not processed and deliveries do not take place so there is usually an extra day to wait before your order will be available for collection.
Our Centre is open from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8.30 am to 12 noon on Saturday for collection of your order.
Product sections labelled [1-3days] or [up to 14 days] etc will take longer to become available, and we will email you once we have an availability date.
An email confirming receipt of your order will be sent to you. If our supplier is temporarily out of stock of your item, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise when the product is likely to be available. Some accessories can take up to 10 days to arrive.
You should inform us within 7 days of collection/delivery if the goods are damaged, incorrect or faulty in any way. You have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund by informing us up to 7 days after receipt of the goods. The right to cancel does not apply to goods whose packaging has been breached by you, unless the goods are faulty. You will be responsible for returning items to the surgery in order to receive a full refund.
We will contact you as soon as your product(s) have been received into our surgery for you to collect .
Hills Science Plan and Royal Canin have a satisfaction guarantee on their food. Should your pet refuse to eat the food, it can be returned to the surgery for a full refund.
